It’s Corn on the Cob Season! {how to cook in the microwave}
quick and delicious way to cook corn on the cob using a microwave oven.
Summertime = FRESH Corn on the Cob!!
We LOVE corn in our house!
Especially Corn on the Cob!
I have a quick easy way to fix it that doesn’t require a grill or heating up the kitchen.
How to Cook Corn on the Cob in the Microwave
You will need corn on the cob with the full husks on
Lay the cobs in the microwave, with husks on.
The corn cooks in it’s own moisture! It’s DELICIOUS!!
Cook on high
1 ear – 1 1/2 -2 minutes2 ears – 3 to 4 minutes
3 ears – 5 to 6 minutes
4 ears – 7 to 8 minutes
*my microwave plate turns, if yours doesn’t I would rotate or turn them over about 1/2 way thru cooking
Let them sit about 5 mins.
Remove husk, silk will come off easily with husks.
Season to taste and enjoy!!
