I don’t know about  you, but I’m ready for Spring! Friday was 76° here in St. Louis and today we are expecting a few inches of snow! What?!  So far, there’s been no appearance of the white stuff.

I had a crazy busy week last week!  I made a quick trip to Orlando to be on TV sharing my Southwest Baked Egg Cups and talked about the importance of a nutritious breakfast.  You can watch my segment on The Daily Buzz here.  Also, check out the end of this post for details about a few breakfast parties I will be throwing this week and prizes for you to win!
